I am an Expat working and living in Russia. I am doing my own latex design and i am trying to get involved into the russian latex scene. Can somebody here advise about latex theme meetings or clubbings and homepages where to got to know people interested in this theme as well.

Out of curiosity, how do expats end up in Russia? (unless you're Snowden :)... I imagine there are much calmer places to hole up in, like NZ, or Australia, or Canada...
